Announcing Pricing Increase to our “Snapshot” Apps Effective 1st January 2026
Dear and important user,
We aim to keep these apps aligned with your needs by targeting specific pain points and eliminating bottlenecks in your workflows. We do it by responding to your feedback and incorporating suggestions to enhance these products so they provide the best value to you.
The most notable improvements we have delivered so far in 2025, are:

Performance improvements: Taking a large Snapshot is quicker.

Stability: Dropped Snapshots were very rare, but now are even rarer.

More fluent interface for triggering Snapshots: all Snapshots on a page can be triggered by a single button

Snapshots' metadata can now be backed up.

Snapshots can be migrated between Cloud sites.

Snapshots transfer from an Atlassian Connect App to an Atlassian Forge App.
To maintain our investment in new features and enhancements, we require, from time to time, to update the prices of our Apps.
Snapshots of Jira Data into Confluence and Snapshots Integration with Xray will be charged at the new prices effective January 1st. 2026.
