Installation Guide

Ready to install Jira Snapshots for Confluence? You can find it on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Installing the App

On the Atlassian Marketplace, navigate to the Snapshots listing, and click Try it free. The plugin will be installed automatically. 

Jira Snapshots for Confluence will be displayed under Manage Apps > User-installed apps.

On your Jira Site: Install Access Agent For Confluence

To enable the Snashots App to access Jira, you’ll also need to install the Access Agent on your Jira.

On the Atlassian Marketplace, navigate to the Access Agent listing, and click Try it free. The plugin will be installed automatically. 

Access Agent will be displayed under Jira > Manage Apps > User-installed apps.

Note: To check if Jira and Confluence are on the same Atlassian Site, review the URL. If the string before ‘.atlassian.net’ is the same, then its the same site. For example:

https://pilpel1234.atlassian.net/jira and https://pilpel1234.atlassian.net/wiki are on the same site.
